We love the food there and try to go there every year for our wedding anniversary. Just like this year at the end of August. Despite Corona, it was a decent card with lots of great things on it. The baguette with garlic was great and so were the main courses. The portions aren't too small, and overall it's not too expensive either. The room has been furnished with great attention to detail, so that you really feel comfortable. The waitress and host are always friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Many Thanks.

Small but fine menu, very friendly, attentive and flexible staff. The steak is fantastic as is the dessert. Cozy ambience in the front dining room, in the rear part more modern but also cozy. All in all, we felt very comfortable, which is why we went there twice.

Very positive surprise on our first visit! The food: very tasty. The service: super fast and attentive. The kitchen: the door to the guest room opened. You could see inside. No secrecy. In general: someone understands his profession. Or he observed well. I have seldom seen such a well-organized restaurant in the region. Compliment.

Very friendly and helpful team. The interior is cozy and invites you to linger. The food is excellent, good portions, nicely prepared and great taste. The price-performance ratio should be mentioned positively. The location is central and a visit is definitely recommended. I would love to come back!

Quite spontaneously, actually in passing, we decided to eat here. Simple, honest and incredibly delicious cuisine (the photo speaks for itself). In addition, very friendly and lightning-fast staff. We were so excited that we reserved for the next day. Really a really great shop!

Really very tasty food paired with attentive and friendly service! Great value for money, from the starter to the main course to dessert completely full and happy. After it had thunderstorm all evening, we were even given an umbrella for the way to the hotel. Thanks again :)

We were recently in the council chambers for dinner, we liked it a lot. The host gave us a warm welcome, the menu is clear, schnitzel in several variations and a few smaller things and steak. Everything is handcrafted first class and the portions were more than sufficient. In contrast to many restaurants on the lake, it was a real bright spot here. Next time in the area, we'll know where to go!

We were absolutely and completely satisfied. Very nice innkeepers, for a joke, quick friendly service. You sit comfortably in different rooms, reminiscent of an apartment. Furnished with loving details, you feel right at home here. There was absolutely nothing to complain about when eating, a small free starter came quickly and was very tasty. I had ordered the Black Forest schnitzel and was completely enthusiastic and fed up. The fried potatoes were just right, the salad fresh and the schnitzel hot and delicious. The dessert was lovely and served personally by the chef. If we go on vacation again, we will definitely come back.

Very good food everything tasted very fresh. We were completely full. Very friendly service. The place is very cozy. And the host even helps out with a pair of pliers if the zip on the motorcycle jacket doesn't close - thanks again for the help. If you are at the Edersee you have to be here.

Looking for something different without pizza, pasta and salads, we ended up there spontaneously. Our huge hunger was more than satisfied! The service was very friendly and fresh bread and herb butter was served as a starter. Even if the rump steak could have used more salt, the food was really delicious. The fried potatoes tasted particularly good! The side salad was also great. Card payment possible.
